What does embodiment actually mean?

Well, it starts with having done the work of cleaning your house. Being astute, making sure you have done the work of grabbing your little broom and dustpan. Sweeping out the old cobwebs, the attic, the basement, and every other room you have created within your house/body. It means you have taken the time to evaluate your thoughts, words, and actions in All that you do. Every experience, every interaction, and every relationship is speaking to you. Every moment is showing you what you are projecting from within.

It means taking the time to honestly look within to see your agenda and what your true intentions are. Selfish intention often hides behind the good deed. Sometimes a horrible experience came from an honest intention. You choose to train yourself with the courage to unjudgementally evaluate your every whim. With complete honesty, you do not merely skim the surface. You dive deep into the depths to uncover and decode your very essence. This is the process where you begin to fully embody; your higher soul, your Monad, Christ Consciousness, Creative Source. You can comprehend your experiences from a much higher perspective. A divine perspective that comes from the energy of pure unconditional love.

This is a process that has been widely known and practiced for thousands of years in the East. It is the balancing and harmonizing of the chakra system, your energetic system. Activating and magnetizing your heart chakra. Your body becomes a complete circuit, flowing smoothly. This allows for your higher chakras to come online and activate. Your organic, physical body begins to be flooded with light. Light = Information. The light body, aspects of your higher self, merge with your physical body.

The experience is pure bliss. It can bring you both to your knees and tears. Embodiment is finding this depth within, experiencing it, and then learning how to anchor this energy into everyday life. To come from a pure, unconditional state of love in all that you do. The experience can happen at any moment. Learning to come from this state in all that you do takes much fully conscious work. It does not mean that you will be perfect. There will still be triggers, and it is more a matter of how quickly you can see and evaluate yourself. The ability to pull away rather than react. Something that would have bothered you for 3 weeks only bothers you for 3 days, or 3 hours, or 3 minutes. You have trained yourself to see through the illusion, the programming, and the ego.

It does not mean you may not raise your voice. Depending on who you are dealing with, sometimes people don't hear unless you are at a level they understand. It does not mean you lay down and allow yourself to be walked over. You set clear boundaries that respect yourself and others. You uphold these boundaries. You can still fall off the horse. But you quickly get back up again. Your heart always being the guide.

To embody your soul is to live in your heart. It takes practice, discipline, and continuous effort, the effort of conscious self-awareness. You are walking your path. You have learned how to tap into your intuition. You allow yourself to be moved by the higher energetics of Gaia and the planetary system. You have acquainted yourself with the natural language of the universe. You have tapped into and are living from Universal Law.
